For me I like change. Even a title job will get tiresome for me. All except one of my jobs prior to going into business for myself I absolutely loved. But I also like challenge. As soon as the challenge was gone I looked to leave. I still loved the job and the people but the challenge was lacking. You may be a person who doesn’t like change or challenge. Working all you life in a job doing something you like, may very well be fine for you. Go for it, although having a plan B is worth considering too.
