At our company, every product is printed just for you according to your specifications of design, size, and colour. We don’t hold any stock, which means your items are manufactured only after you place your order.

We work with a professional team of manufacturers from all around the globe to guarantee a variety of products to choose from, along with super quick delivery!

Most products are printed and shipped out the door within 1-2 business days after a campaign has ended. However, it can sometimes take up to 7 business days depending on the volume of orders at that time.

Once you’ve found a design that works for you on social media, you may then place an order. Then, your item(s) need to be created!

Once the payment is complete, we’ll keep you informed of every step via email, including: when the order is sent to print, when the parcel is being shipped, and the estimated time of arrival.

Shipping time starts from 3 business days, depending on your location.

Campaign Ends

What exactly does this mean?

A campaign is what we call a design being printed and sold on a wide array of products that may only be available for a limited time. However, it’s ultimately the designer’s decision as to how long they want to sell a particular design for. Most campaigns will usually last around 3 days, although there is no set limit. We are only able to send all orders placed for that design to print once the campaign has officially ended.


Once the campaign is over, we send your order to production immediately! We’ll send you an email to inform you when your order is about to be printed. This process usually takes around 2-7 business days.


Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email to keep you notified. If your parcel is tracked, this is the moment where you will receive a tracking link.

Finally, you’ll receive amazing products that we know you’ll love.

Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of the products you order.

The easiest way to calculate the shipping cost is by adding all the items you want to order to your shopping cart and then proceeding to the checkout page. No need to fill out any information, with the exception of your country, in order to access the shipping rates. You can then go back to your cart and remove or add items as needed.

At this time, tracked or express shipping is not available for all destinations – But we’re working on it!

If your order is tracked, you’ll receive an extra link in your shipping confirmation email.

Currently, the Express Shipping option is only available for the United Kingdom and for Germany, which you can select during your checkout process.

Unfortunately, some of our manufacturers are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is not an available option in the list at checkout, it means you have a product in your shopping cart that can’t be shipped to your destination.

Any orders being shipped outside of the USA or the European Union may be subject to customs fees. Taxes may vary depending on your country. For any issues regarding customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. These fees cannot be refunded, as they are not charged by our company.

Our company is partnered with many third-party printers located in different countries to ensure we can provide fast delivery to every customer. This also means that different suppliers will handle different products.

The production of an item can take 2-7 working days.


You can find a size guide table on every Product Page placed to the right of the Size Selector. When you click on it, the measurements for the product you’ve selected will be displayed in a pop-up window.

The guide mentions the length of the garment and the measurement across the chest (from armpit to armpit).

We strongly recommend you check our size guide before purchasing. You can find the best match by comparing the measurements in our guide with those of a t-shirt (or the correspondent garment) that fits you well. Ensure you lay your item on a flat surface and take the proper measurements.

Unfortunately, our returns policy does not cover size exchanges or refunds if the t-shirt you received matches the measurements in our size guide.

Tee currently does not have an online marketplace where one can search for live campaigns and products.

If you saw a design being advertised and you can no longer find the ad, you can contact our Support Team. We’ll do our absolute best to find it for you. Please try to describe it to us in as much detail as possible. If you have a screenshot, that’s even better!

To buy one or more products, just follow these steps:

1. On the product page, select the product, color, size (don’t forget to take a look at our size guide!) and then click the ‘BUY NOW’ button.

2. A pop-up window of your cart will appear so that you can confirm the details of your order and add more items from the same campaign, if desired, before checking out.

3. If everything looks good to go, click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button.

4. On the checkout page, after reviewing your order once again on the right hand, fill in:

* your email address

* your shipping details (full name, address, city, region, postcode, and country) – please note we always consider the shipping address you fill out in the checkout form and NOT the address associated with your payment method.

5. Select your payment method at the bottom of the checkout page and click ‘Place your order’. If you use a credit card, you will need to fill in your details beforehand. For any other payment method, you will be directed to the partner payment provider page to insert your payment details.

*We advise you avoid using any accents and provide your address using the English alphabet only. Some of our carriers cannot successfully print a shipping label with accents or in a writing system other than English.


You’ll always be charged in the currency you see on the checkout page unless you use PayPal. PayPal payments will always be completed in EUR currency. If your account has a different currency, a small currency conversion charge may be applied by PayPal.

Payment Failed

If your payment fails, we’ll send you an email to let you know. Your order will be canceled automatically, and it will NOT be possible to reattempt the payment for that order. Instead, we recommend you try placing a new one!

Make sure to double-check if all of your payment details are correct. If the issue persists, we suggest you check with your bank in case there are any extra security steps required to proceed with the transaction.

Moteefe is based in Europe, so customers in other countries will sometimes be required to have pre-authorisation from their bank

Can’t Complete Order

If your order is not going through, make sure all the required fields in the checkout are filled.

Some ad-blockers might interfere if the selected payment method requires a new window to be opened in order to complete the payment. It’s always a good idea to deactivate the ad-blocker temporarily during checkout.

If you’re still having trouble, it may help to clear the cookies from your browser history or try a different browser (chrome, firefox, explorer, etc) or device (laptop, iPhone, etc).
