Yes, Christmas is based on Mithras or other pagan festivals but I have no problem with that. Christmas is called that because it IS CHRISTmas. Most atheists say Christmas is secular but it isn’t. It’s religious and those who aren’t Christian should celebrate Yule. Anyway, someone else in the family should be able to do the cooking. It isn’t that difficult. Everyone else should celebrate Christmas if they aren’t atheist, in answer to the question.
