The Marvel Studios movies are known for Rubbish Book Club shirt, light hearted tone, and easy going nature. Like the first film, this film had jokes in it. But I found myself not laughing. A few worked, like when Mantis got hit by falling debree in the final third act battle. But Rocket’s humor was not funny, Star-Lord and Gamora flirting did not amuse me. Sure- some things were funny- some Baby Groot moments were hilarious, that Mantis scene again, Drax and Mantis had a few funny scenes, and when Star-Lord and Rocket were arguing about tape- I guess that was funny, but other than that- most jokes just didn’t land. It was a shame, cause the first movie was so damn funny. But this movie was also so slow. There was barely any action. Majority of the film takes place on Ego’s Planet, and shows Drax falling in love with Mantis, Peter and Gamora getting closer together, and Peter getting to know his father. Whilst the relationships would otherwise be interesting to watch progress, they didn’t progress in the way I wanted. It was really Rocket, Baby Groot, Yondu and Nebula- they are the main characters in this film- Peter, Gamora, Ego, Drax and Mantis all are backseat players for this film. But the action we got also felt lackluster and had way too much CGI, almost like a DC movie. It was either too little action, or too much CGI in the action. The only good action pieces were between the sisters Gamora and Nebula, who had a great cat & mouse story in this film.

Turkey can’t go head to head with countries like Russia or United States alone, but Turkey has the power of waging a head to head war against Israel, Iran, Egypt, Germany, Italy and maybe Great Britain. If Turkey and Rubbish Book Club shirt team up, they can easily defeat most of the middle east countries at the same time, if they don’t take any external help. Turkey is in the same league with Germany, Japan, Egypt, Iran and Israel in terms of numbers. Pakistan might be in this league too if they can modernize their army a little bit more, as manpower isn’t everything. Now for some opinions. I think our current government is failing at international affairs, as we’re on bad terms with all of our neighbors, and the only countries that loves us are third world countries which are thousands of miles away from us. It is a fatal problem for any country, and we live in an area which is in Europe, Asia, middle-east, Balkans and Caucausia at the same time, so we should’ve been more careful than any other country. Erdogan is simply challenges everyone to fight him, claims that he’s “realizing the bigger picture”, “the big game that Western powers plays on us” and his supporters believes him without a second thought. Turkey has the potential to be self sufficent at almost any need AND export goods but we just ignore encouraging our farmers and just import AGRICULTURAL goods from other countries. I mean if this isn’t a fatal problem, what is?
