I am proud of him for having the strength to overcome his addiction, very few do. Kudos for sharing his story with a very judgmental society, especially since many of us are very critical of cops. What I hoped to have heard from him was how was he redeeming his past. Surely the stress factors are still high probably even more so now, and I am sure he was not the only cop who”s judgement had been impaired or detrimental to law abiding citizens through drug usage. I hope he stands up and make a change. Get organized with others like him self to help the Police Force.
