This is so true. Three months ago I was diagnosed with a tumor, and I’ve never given up since then. I’ve never felt so strong before, and It’s not Christmas until you roll the lefse sweater  couldn’t imagine how much strength was hiding inside of me. Unfortunately I can’t train because of the therapy, but I still watch your videos, your energy is contagious :’) I promise I’ll recover and get back to training as soon as possible! Love you Cassey.

I can totally relate to this. Specially since I miscarried 2 years ago and I refused to drown in my own sorrow I try to stay positive and It’s not Christmas until you roll the lefse sweater   . I just couldn’t bare myself go down through a dark path when there was no reason to. It was hard but I made it through it and yes I get don here and there but I’m glad i gained my strength, then, and allow myself to heal in a positive way not in a negative dark way.
