For months, Arizona Cardinals fans waited for the chance to rep their star rookie. Now, at long last, Marvin Harrison Jr.’s jersey is officially available for purchase.
The holdup wasn’t due to demand—Harrison’s popularity was sky-high the moment he stepped into the NFL—but rather a protracted legal battle. For nearly a year, Harrison and Fanatics, the company that manufactures and distributes all Nike-branded NFL apparel, were locked in a dispute that kept his jersey off shelves. Acting on behalf of Harrison’s camp, the NFL Players Association informed the league, the Cardinals, and Fanatics that jersey sales were prohibited until the matter was resolved.
That resolution finally came this week, when the lawsuit—filed with the New York Supreme Court—was discontinued. And with that, one of the league’s most anticipated jerseys is now available.
Jerseys for Every Fan
On Friday morning, the Cardinals’ official team shop listed Harrison’s jerseys for sale. Fans can now choose from home and away adult replica editions, each priced at $129.99. The popular red home jersey is also available in women’s and youth sizes, with youth versions going for $89.99.
Beyond jerseys, Harrison’s likeness will now appear on t-shirts and other merchandise, giving fans multiple ways to celebrate their new wideout.
A Dispute That Started at Ohio State
The roots of the conflict date back to Harrison’s college days. Ahead of his final season at Ohio State in 2023, Harrison reportedly signed a $1.05 million agreement with Fanatics to handle autographs and game-used memorabilia. That deal became the focal point of the standoff, creating one of the rare instances in which an NFL rookie’s jersey was not immediately available for fans.
With the lawsuit now behind him, Harrison can finally see his name and number fill stadiums and living rooms—not just on the field, but in the stands. For Cardinals fans, it’s a long-awaited chance to wear the jersey of a player expected to be a franchise cornerstone for years to come.
