Yes. I drink wine and liquor. Google it. Can find list of carb counts for wines. Pure spirits don’t have carbs (mixers do- so I mix with water or sip it straight). My understanding per research is that alcohol stops (pauses) ketosis and burns the alcohol off then returns to burning the fat for fuel. I’ve lost slower than some but lost 60 since last May. Have not avoided alcohol. Don’t drink every single day. But I’m with you. Cocktail at night is wonderful. I also eat a cube of dark chocolate like Lily’s with glass of red wine. That’s my keto sweet when I need something.

I drank (white-Sauvignon Blanc) every night when I started, but as my body changed, I started losing the urge to want my nightly glass or two. My anxiety has decreased dramatically since on keto for whatever reason-love that!! I only drink once or twice a week now and about half what I used to because I get tipsy really fast now!! Weight is coming off faster without for sure, but I think a glass a night does not hurt. i live by my belief that if Jesus turned water to wine then wine is a gift from God and who are we to deny him.
