If you know me, you know I suffer from most of the things on this list. I am ok with loud noises, though, and find great peace when I play really loud music. It’s helps quiet the other things in my head. I am living my life without medication for the first time in a LOT of years. I have lots to overcome but hate feeling medicated. I also have anxiety, mostly social anxiety, but I’m pretty sure it is quickly heading towards GAD. I cancel most social plans I get, I don’t go out of the house alone, unless it’s to go some place familiar and safe, even though I REALLY want to, I definitely like to plan my routes when going to unfamiliar places (thank goodness of Google Maps), and a lot more.
